We have a special expertise in history and heritage, the environment, municipal government, the arts, museums, small business and non-profits.  We recently completed the book project Histories of Newark in anticipation of the city's 250th anniversary celebrated on April 13.  Farmer+Smith also assisted the City of Newark plan for the redevelopment of the former Curtis Paper Mill site.   In August we assisted in celebrating the grand reopening of the P.S. The New Castle County Chamber of Commerce has retained Farmer+Smith, LLC to administer their public relations, media relations and branding for 2009.  We created a Brand Awareness Campaign in December and put it into action beginning in January.  We will be giving the Chamber a much needed boost in awareness and a new direction in marketing throughout 2009.
